The silver border around the screen is the indicator of the Anti-Glare option you chose.

My problem with the video was not the careful choice of the words "Android Operating System." I have an HTC MyTouch 4g and the first thing it tells me is that I need a Google Account and that it can send "anonymous" information back to Google. Then within each Google Application that you install the permissions of the App say the same thing. So yes, I can opt out of all of those, but to say that the Android Operating System doesn't collect data is cherry picking. The Android OS comes with Google Applications that do collect data.
I have never assumed though that on a GPS enabled smartphone that my location is private (ever watched any TV show and you'll know that), but I believe that in this case, it was on oversight on Apple's part and now it is going to have to pay the price for that oversight. Sad, but true.

Nothing that I've heard of so far. Some people have trouble installing Windows under bootcamp on the devices but there's no hardware problems as of yet.
I think the problems usually are greatly exaggerated anyway. I bought a 27" iMac and those are supposed to have yellow screening and to overheat but mine runs cool and looks perfect.

You will want to look into something like a Switcheasy Thumbtack or Blue Mic Mikey for iPod.

Actually as I indicated in my post, the extra height in pixels is worth it, especially for photo work.
It's totally not worth it. (Believe me, I've worked in both scenarios with alot of photos.) Between the dock, menu bar, and any tool pallettes, that extra 150 pixels will be easily eaten up. With a dual-monitor setup, you can move all that clutter to another screen.

Technically..that disk is only for one license to the software. To directly answer your question about it being 'locked' to one, no it isn't. As long as it isn't one of the gray install disks that you got with your computer, you can use the disk in her Leopard Mac.
Sorry, But the OP didn't specify the Snow Leopard DVD, whether it was the DVD that came with the iMac or the DVD that bought from apple retail store as well as the license agreement.

That BB can't be unlocked with Ultrasnow. Your only choice is to use the iPads BB.

Which of the new 2011 iMacs have hyperthreading and/or turboboost? Or do they all have both this time around?

I just come back from our anniversary trip with my wife. However, I discover that I lost my small bag, which contained a SD card and a usb external flash drive of the recorded video. I think I've left the bag in the bus.
In the hotel, I directly "CUT and PASTE" our video files from the SD Card to the USB exteral flash drive without saving the files into my portable computer (Window XP) (because of not enough space over internal harddisc).
Now, I have the following question.
1. Was it possible that during the process of "Cut and Paste" from SD card to USB exteranl flash drive, there were some video files left behind in my portable computer, so I can recover them now?
2. By means of the USB exteral flash drive, we watched the video through Quicktime in the hotel. Was it possible that Quicktime has cached the video files somewhere in the computer so I can recover them now?
Grateful for your help

just like Google and Microsoft license their software to whoever wants to make hardware and software for them. Divide et impera - divide and rule. Apple never understood this simple concept.
(This is precisely what makes their platforms junk.)
Apple, never understanding that simple concept, managed to sell you a brand new iMac.
And an iPhone 3G.

is there an app that can change the tags of an mp3 based on it's file name? for instance if a file is called 01 - Song One.mp3, I'm looking for something that could recognize the file name as <track #> - <name>.mp3 and edit the tags accordingly for a batch of files? there's a zillion programs on pc that do this but i can't seem to find a single one for mac..

If it is the AT&T version you should be able to just get a new sim card for a local carrier there.
