Baking Couture - Apricot Chicken

500g Chicken Breast (you can use chicken pieces or thighs)

1 x can 450 ml Apricot Nectar

1 x 40 g French Onion Soup Packet

Flour to coat chicken

Place flour coated chicken into slow cooker add the can of Apricot Nectar 
and then sprinkle French Onion Soup over the top and mix with spoon.

Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Serve with boiled rice and vegetables.
