Richest, most powerful celebrities news here

It is the year of the tween. Coming off a massive concert tour, a hit 3-D movie--and a risqué picture in Vanity Fair -- pop star Miley Cyrus (aka: Hannah Montana) leads a slew of young stars onto Forbes' annual Celebrity 100 ranking of the world's ultra-famous.

Also building buzz, and drawing dollars, from the under-18 crowd were Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, teen crooners the Jonas Brothers and High School Musical stars Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale.

Oprah Winfrey remains No. 1 on the Celebrity 100, a power ranking based on both earnings and fame. Despite weakening television ratings and magazine circulation, Winfrey earned $281.4 million before taxes in the past 12 months, and she remains one of the most famous faces in the world.

Britney Spears back in touch with Adnan Ghalib?! Nooo! on onl;ine

We've only just banished the visual images of his revolting T-shirts from our minds - and now we hear that horrible old Adnan Ghalib is back on the scene. The former pap, who was with Britney during the now infamous head-shaving incident, has been ordered by the courts to stay away from the star - but she has apparently started calling him again. According to friends, Britney "really wants to get back together with Adnan" because she's not "living the life she wants". We can't even begin to put into words how WRONG that would be, and we can only hope this "source", whoever they are, is talking out of their bottom! Do you think Adnan is the worst boyfriend Britney's ever had, or are you partial to a dragon-print T-shirt and thin goatie on a man?
