Where In The World Is Carmon Sandiego?

Where in the world is Carmon Sandiego? Probably chilling with EuroRoss somewhere ;-) Even Google maps can't find us, but when they do their fly-overs for maps sometimes they do find things they probably arn't supposed to... like this missle in flight!!
