I've eventually jailbroken my iPad, and I really want to make the most of its capabilities.
Do you guys recommend any customizations or alterations which really enhances the iPad experience?

Si, and I don't mind you doing it. I just don't want this thread getting steered in a different direction just in case it is relevant and useful to someone else.
*goes in corner, remains overprotective*
I guess I'm confused on how that is steering in a different direction, your thread isn't based on one certain case....

Realized I was probably being a bit too harsh on the router. It works as well as other routers. I just need more range. Is there anyway I could increase the range of the router?
I've heard about Omni directional antennas and range extenders.
Any suggestions?

Old news. And yes, it is awful. But unfortunately, it's China, so nothing will be done about it.

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows how to get Connect360 to update with the latest stuff in my Movies folder. I converted something and it wouldnt show up on the 360, ever after rebooting the console.
I had to stop sharing with Connect360 and resume again to get it on the console.
Thanks.
Once you add a movie to the movies folder, it will automatically update Connect360. The movie file has to be converted to a WMV and WMV Audio file. If it uses any other of Audio compression, Connect360 won't find or be able to use it.

And don't mind Sun Banked. He's got a piss face avatar case of some sort. - :D
As for the dream, if you would like to change the color of the Yosemite and post your version, your going to have to have Photoshop, and you're going to have to do it yourself. No one can perfect this dream for you. You know what you want from this photo

I don't mean to sound like an unsympathetic Mac-bigot, but recent switchers are probably the most likely to crash their Macs. If you're thinking "this is how it works in Windows" you may get yourself in some trouble--you just overthink things. I still do this sometimes when I get into unfamiliar territory. Things get a lot easier after you start thinking Mac and letting some of those Windows habits go.
Trackpad--I sympathize. I learned to accept the trackpad but I still don't like it. I always liked the nipple thing on the Thinkpads I used to use. Anyway, I think there must be an official Apple policy on never making a 2 button mouse. The OS supports them but it just seems like one of those things Apple will never do. Who knows why. When I first got the Mac I kept my 2 button mouse with scroll wheel but I ended up going back to the Apple mouse. I always have a hand free to hit ctrl or command. Just a personal preference. In Medal of Honor I go back to the 2 button for the alternate weapon--time is a factor.
I'm glad you're happy overall though. It sounds like you'll get some good use out of your iBook.

Seems like a lot of people have been having similar issues. Tried the old standby- re-starting the computer. That did it for now.

I take it this is an external drive?
Does it work under Windows 7 on your Mac?
B
Nope, it was able to detect it, but was not able to read it, windows 7 asked me to format before use...
but i do have important stuff inside

but i don't know if it would be able to do data.. cell calls yes, but data out of the box, probably not.
From the photo they posted, it looks like they've got data (albeit, 1xRTT). Don't know if they had to do any additional modification to get that, though.

I got into the reserve line at 7am and got out about 9:30. I had to do an upgrade swap and luckily they had AT&T reps there so it was all taken care of.

What ISO did you shoot this at? With an aperture of 1.4 and the reflected light I think you could've afforded to do ISO400 even, with steady enough hands. Looks like you shot it at 1600+ though.
Are you f ing serious? Trying to tell me what available light was there? This is a bit underexposed and it was shot at 1/80, f/1.4, ISO3200. Come on now. I know my stuff. Don't you think if I could've shot this at 400, I would've?

I'm just spurting this off the top of my head. Walmart.com has some preowned video games, and may just have preowned iPods from time to time. Don't quote me though.
You could also start a "Want To Buy" thread here in the marketplace. I find our MacRumors users quite trustworthy.

Yes, please bring back the clickwheel and add a 2" square OLED touch screen to the next gen iPod nano. More importantly, include the notes, contacts, and calendars they dropped for the 6th gen iPod nano and the capability for apps. I bought a refurb 5th gen for that reason, although I liked the touch screen in principle on the 6th gen iPod nano.

someone gave me this theory one time, I don't buy it. I can't imagine that you aerodynamics would be afected by opening the SIDE windows. There is no air that flys into it (maybe something to do with pressure flowing across it), but I can't imagne that it would be a big deal. I would assume, certainly not as much of a mileage user as an air conditioning system would be.
