No diet or workouts for Kareena in Philadelphia

Kareena Kapoor is in the news for her diet and workout yet again. The actress who had once said that Yoga is as important as taking a shower and brushing her teeth is neither working out in Philadelphia nor following a strict diet. She is supposed to look chubby and healthy in the film.

Her yoga trainer Payal Gidwani tells us, "Kareena hasn't been working out in Philadelphia and she hasn't taken any trainer along. She is very busy shooting and has no time to work out. It is so cold there that it is almost impossible to work out."

Meanwhile her dietician Rujuta Diwekar is enraged at the constant media reports that Kareena keeps fainting during her shoots. She says, "Kareena has not fainted at all. I think people are obsessed over her weight. They cannot digest the fact that someone can look so good, so lean without starving. They cannot digest the fact that she is eating a balanced diet, if you ask anyone who knows her, they will say that she is eating all the time."

Speaking about Kareena's diet, she says, "Kareena is allowed to eat everything but she has to eat in moderation. She has to have 9 small meals a day or a meal every two hours. Since she is shooting in sub-zero temperatures, I have given a diet high in carbohydrates, moisture and fat. She remembers to have lots of water. She has muesli for breakfast and can have veggies and mashed potato for lunch and dinner. She also eats a lot of cheese and tofu. She is allowed to eat her favourite Chinese food and the local food in Philadelphia but moderation is the key word here. She has been following her diet for a year now so is pretty used to it."

So, unlike Tashan for which she had to subsist on orange juice, apples and cabbage, Kareena is eating well for her chubby girl, no make up avatar in Rensil D'Silva's film in which she stars opposite beau Saif Ali Khan.
