Is there any way to restore individual apps from iTunes, without completely restoring from a backup? I have lots of save data in a backup of my iPhone, but I don't want to completely restore the device. I am jailbroken if that's required, but an iTunes-direct method would be best. Ideas?

For a quick approximation, right after you make a post, click on the post number. When you do, you will see a new window with the number of posts indicated in the URL.
Edit: When I did this post, it showed --> 11,537,654
Edit2: Your post above shows --> 11,537,567
So between your post at 2152 and my post at 2225, 87 posts were made, or about 2.64 posts per minute during this timeframe. :)

I just did the same thing as 'nina.
With ~/Library.
How ********* stupid do I feel. Hoping one of these crazy tools will find my Thunderbird data files, I've not got a backup since my bloody Firewire drive went spastic 2 weeks ago.

It was just a guess. Since there are so many coasters there I thought I give it a shot. I went there about 2 months ago

Near your drawers are those windows? If so move the desk near the window (assuming it will not block the windows by shelves etc) I like to look out the window when i'm at my desk for natural light. Other then that, paint and new posters/art good ways to spice up a room.
Yes those are windows. I was planning on moving the desk over there but it wont fit by 2 inches! Talk about a headache!

thanks for the submission, this one is actually quite nice.
to eliminate the fps & frequency markings, enable the visualizer in windowed mode, and the big top right button (browse/burn/import) will be a settings cog, where you can access these settings for the visualizer.

So tell us Windows fan boys, why did this happen?
They're not targeting iPad. They're targeting Windows, just like the other 99.999993% of malware. It's been made perfectly clear that the malware doesn't go anywhere near the iPad. Mention of iPad is just the coercion/social engineering tactic to infect the Windows machine, just like porn codecs.
iPad is the "porn codec" in this scenario, not the victim computer.

Dude, don't get the MacMice. It's a crappy $10 mouse repackaged and sold for 5 times the cost. Avoid. Get a Microsoft, Kensington or Logitech mouse. They may not match perfectly, but trust me you'll be so much happier with them - they're actual QUALITY mice.
Yeah that's what I figured. I was thinking on the way home from work that the MacMice is $32 & the Apple KB is $29 which = $61. While the Kensington set is only $50 including shipping. So I should eitheir go with the Kingsinton kit or maybe combine this (http://www.kensington.com/html/4769.html) with the Apple KB. That Studio Mouse looks really sexy and it will probably match the Apple KB well.

I just updated to TomTom 1.7 and immediately noticed a (seemingly) random chime/bell sound that plays when I'm using it to navigate. It comes through even with the voice instructions off and i hear it every 5-10 minutes or so, but sometimes it will play 2-3 times in a row.
I have used TomTom for a while and don't remember this at all. Does anyone know what the sound is for? or how to turn it off?

Yes, you are correct. You should have taken the screen protector off of the back of the phone before you placed the case on it. I have three of the CaseCrown cases and I love the feel and look of the case on the iPhone 4. Besides, you really don't need a screen protector for the back of the phone because of the material that is on the case. Good luck on getting it off.
